The SKW Team departed Friday 9h00 to Oshakati and returned after 24 hours safely to Windhoek. The trip was made easier by winning this difficult game in Oshakati. The 'Imawida' boys played a good first half with Sledge Gowaseb having total control in midfield. In the 21st minute skipper Marko van Wyk had a cracker at the Oshakati goal which was narrowly defended by the Oshakati keeper, but with that rebound Jacky Stephanus coolly sunk the ball into the net. Both strikers Stephanus and Tatenda Chingarath tried their best to get a second goal before halftime. Marko van Wyk missed a sitter shortly before halftime. After the halftime break Oshakati City came onto the field as a different team. SKW keeper Harry January came more and more to centre of stage and pulled of some fine saves while the SKW started to fight their hearts out to take the three points home to the capital. In front of ca 500 spectators the game was hard but very fair, while the City boys were a good host to the visiting 'Imawida Cymot boys'.
