If you are interested in joining the "Imawida Zaporta Klub" please fill in the form on the back of this sheet.
The basic fees per season are N$ 100. There will be an optional season ticket for 2011/12 for N$ 150. T-Shirts and Polo Shirts will be available on a later stage for fans at a special price. Furthermore it is planned to give all fan members a free sms scoring service.
As some Cymot SKW soccer lovers want to give a bit more then N$ 100 per year for financial support and we welcome such contributions, we will divide fans into the following categories.
" Fan Member N$ 100 per annum
" Gold Fan Member N$ 1000 per annum
" Platinum Fan Member N$ 5000 and more per annum
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our sponsors for this season who bought sub-titles on the SKW A Field to finance the flood lights and security fencing. Therefore every sponsor will receive a free fan membership card and a free ticket for all NPL home games this season.
So come and join us for this project as a Cymot SKW "Imawida Zaporta Klub" member and let us help the Soccer division to be even more successful.
Therefore please fill in the form and email or fax it to the below mentioned contact details. If we receive your application and payment before Friday the 25th of December you will receive your own "Imawida Zaporta Klub" card. before end of this year.
