Sport Klub Windhoek (SKW) 0 FC Würzburger Kickers 6

In Katutura SKW didn't have much of a chance against the Bavarian log leader Würzburger Kickers.

In a test match the young SKW side was just not experienced enough to expose the Germans who are on a 10 day trainings camp in Namibia's capital Windhoek. Würzburg opened the score after 11minutes and lead by four goals to nil at halftime. Both teams fielded nearly a complete new team when starting the second half. Another two goals by the visitors added the tally to six at the end.

Scorers / Torschützen: Shapourzadeh (11.), Jabiri (25.), Billick (33.), Haller (44.), Istrefi (57.) und Gutjahr (75.)

League: Jugsa 1 SKW 3

SKW win their first league encounter. On a horrible pitch the SK Windhoek boys took some time to get back on track after being down to a first half goal. Three goals in the second half were deserved after the team just played the better football on the day. Coach Fabio has still got lots of work to smoothen the combination play but at the end was delighted to start of with a victory.

Next match tomorrow Khomasdal Unam Field 10h00 kick-off ( Score was 1-1)
